Meski anda hanya sebagai “end user” atau user biasa, yang hanya berperan sebagai pengguna komputer saja, ada baiknya anda ketahui sedikit tentang akronim-akronim di bidang per-komputeran. Hingga bila suatu saat anda mengalami masalah dengan komputer yang anda pakai, anda bisa sedikit tahu apa dan bagaimana masalah yang sedang anda hadapi.
